The woman these programs are written for
Read Krystalore's pages and the same woman appears again and again. She is successful, capable and driven. She runs a business or a department, holds a family together and is the person everyone calls. And somewhere between everyone else's needs and her own to-do list, she has slid to the bottom. She is not looking for another crash diet or punishing workout challenge; she has tried those. She wants to feel strong, energized and confident again, with people who understand her life.
You almost certainly know her. She is the founder in your network who jokes that her only workout is running between meetings, the executive who just came back from leave, the friend who says she does not recognize herself in photos and then changes the subject, the client in her forties or fifties who wants to get strong before the next decade arrives. Womens fitness coaching that starts with energy, confidence and community speaks to her far more than any promise about a dress size.
That is also why the referral matters. Women in this position are often wary of the fitness industry and its messages. An introduction from a trusted peer, framed around how she wants to feel and what she wants to do, is very different from an ad.
Three women's programs, three entry points
Krystalore Crews is a retired twenty-two-year U.S. Air Force veteran, former NFL cheerleader, marathoner and fitness professional who came back to movement after serious health challenges. Her women's programs range from a five-day taster to a full year.
- Bombshell Bootcamp: a five-day mind-body reset with short daily live sessions in a private online community, plus replays. It explicitly says it is not a crash diet, extreme workout or quick fix, and focuses on peace, boundaries, confidence and community. There is a free ticket and a VIP upgrade with a virtual dinner party and coaching after each session.
- Million Dollar Body Academy: a three-month fitness and mindset academy with a six-module course, community trainings and Q&A coaching, an accountability partner, a fitness subscription and tracking tools, built for professional women who put everyone else first.
- Health Mastery 2027: a year-long women's coaching membership with fitness coaching, nutrition education, accountability, community and the Rise & Thrive framework, with a VIP tier that adds private coaching.
Talk about how she wants to feel, not how she looks
This is the most important rule on this page. Do not promise weight loss, a smaller body, a better shape or any physical change, and do not refer someone because of how they look. Women hear enough of that. Describe what a program includes and who it is designed for, and let her decide what she wants from it.
Some language that respects her: You said you want your energy back. Or: You mentioned you miss having a group of women to train with. Or: You keep saying you want this year to be about you. Each one reflects her words back and opens a door without judgement.
Keep health in its lane too. Coaching is not medical care or therapy. If she is pregnant, postpartum, recovering from surgery or managing a condition such as a heart issue or an eating disorder, encourage her to talk to her clinician before starting, and do not push. Krystalore's own pages invite people to adapt movements to their ability and consult a healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program.
Choosing the right entry point
Match the program to her readiness. If she is curious but cautious, or has never tried a coaching community, Bombshell Bootcamp is the gentlest door: a free ticket, five days, short sessions and a chance to meet Krystalore before committing to anything. If she wants a defined season with a beginning and an end, the three-month Million Dollar Body Academy suits women who like a course, a structure and a finish line. If she is ready to make health part of her whole year and loves community, Health Mastery 2027 is the deeper commitment.
You do not need to make the choice for her. Share the page that fits what she said, with a line that you may be compensated if she joins. Krystalore's team can help her compare options and answer questions about formats, schedules and terms.
Timing matters as much as fit. The weeks before a holiday season, the start of a new year, a milestone birthday or the end of a demanding project are all moments when women tend to think about themselves again. If she raises the subject in one of those moments, a short, warm note with a single link is usually all it takes.
Women in your network who make great partners
Many of the strongest womens fitness partners are women who have been through one of these programs or simply believe in the approach: LinkedIn creators who write about leadership and burnout, founders of women's networks and masterminds, executive assistants and chiefs of staff who know every woman on the leadership floor, coaches and consultants whose clients are high-achieving women, and event organizers who run women's conferences. Men refer too, often to a partner, sister or colleague, and the same respect applies.
If your audience is public, be especially careful. Follow the FTC Endorsement Guides and disclose that you may earn from your link in every post, and never use before-and-after framing.
How womens fitness referrals are credited and paid
Take the free Random Income test; if health and fitness suits your profile, you receive a profile page, partner links, a QR code and a back office that shows clicks, registrations and purchases. Free registrations such as a Bombshell Bootcamp ticket are tracked so you can see the start of a relationship, even though they do not earn on their own.
Krystalore pays health and fitness partners directly for her programs, and the current terms for each one are shown in your back office rather than on public pages. Strategic Partners are 1099 independent contractors, never employees, and you choose when and whether to share.
