What Strategic Partners earn
- 20% of each payment we collect when your referral buys 100% online, untouched; 12% when an in-house Random Income rep works the deal; negotiated prices pay pro-rata, never below redline.
- Fast Start ($32,500/mo) and Joint Venture ($18,200/mo): your % applies only to the monthly SaaS fee collected — no equity, success fee or other upside. Investor-funded (OPM) deals: a one-time $5,000 referral fee.
- 50% of what a business pays Random Income on offers businesses post with us.
- Paid on the 21st of the month after we are paid, once your balance reaches $500 — by PayPal, Stripe or transfer, with your ID and W-9 on file. We issue a 1099-NEC.

Before you take the test
Are Random Income Strategic Partners employees?
No. Strategic Partners are 1099 independent contractors — never employees and never W-2. You choose when and whether to refer anyone. To be paid you upload a photo ID and a signed W-9, and Random Income issues a 1099-NEC.
What does a Strategic Partner actually do?
You refer; we do the rest. Share your link or tech-stack page, or load a referral in your back office. Random Income follows up, sells and delivers, and every click, form and quote request is tracked back to you.
Does it cost anything to become a Strategic Partner?
No. Joining is free, and every Strategic Partner also receives a free contacts.plus upgrade as a thank-you for being part of Random Income.
How is a sale tracked to me?
Every link you share carries your partner code. Clicks, form fills and quote requests on your tech-stack page are recorded against you, and where a product has its own checkout the order is attributed to you automatically; otherwise our team marks the sale in the back office.
