The short version

Random Income is a referral program. Some people earn money with it; many earn little or nothing. Your results depend on your effort, your network, the products you introduce and whether deals actually close and get paid. Your mileage will vary.

Nothing on this website, in our emails or in conversations with our team is a promise or guarantee that you will earn any money.

No typical earnings

We do not publish typical or average earnings, and any example of how commissions are calculated is an illustration of the rules — not a prediction of what you will make. If you see someone describe aiming to add income, replace a paycheck or grow their earnings, that is a goal, not a claim or an expected result.

Commissions are paid only on money we actually collect

Commissions are calculated under the published program rules (for example, a percentage of each payment Random Income collects, or a share of what a business or sponsor pays us). No commission is earned on a sale until the customer's payment has been received.

If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, the related commission is reversed too (a "clawback"), which can reduce your balance — including below zero against future commissions.

Commissions become payable on the schedule stated in the program terms and only once the minimum payout balance is reached. Program rules, rates and products may change; changes apply going forward.

You are an independent contractor

Strategic Partners are independent 1099 contractors, not employees, agents or partners in a legal sense of Random Income or of any business whose products you refer. You decide whether, when and how you refer anyone.

You are responsible for your own taxes. Before your first payout we collect a photo ID and a W-9, and we issue a Form 1099-NEC where required. Talk to a tax professional about your situation.

You are also responsible for following any rules that apply to you — your employer's policies, professional or licensing rules (for example for accountants, attorneys, financial advisers, real estate and healthcare professionals) and laws about referrals and disclosures. When you refer someone, tell them you may be paid for the introduction.

Perks are discretionary incentives

Incentives such as the company-car lease and the annual Caribbean development trip are discretionary rewards with stated qualification criteria (currently more than 10 sales in a calendar year that create more than $45,000 in payouts to the partner). They are not part of your compensation, may have additional terms, and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

"In the News" items and any statistics we show are third-party reporting on workforce and industry trends, linked to their sources. They are not endorsements of Random Income, and Random Income is not affiliated with those publications or organizations.

Products in the Random Income stack and listings from businesses and sponsors are provided by those companies. Prices and terms are theirs and can change.

Testimonials

We only share testimonials that are real. If we ever do, we will say clearly whether the results described are typical, and they will not be presented as what you should expect.
